Wiki

A little curious why japanese always eat Sushi, it is becasue of the tight working schedule? Do they have the sushi for main course at home frequently, or just sometimes?

Well, not exactly. There are sushi lunch boxes in the shops, but the most common tight-working-meal, say the fastest, is Onigiri, namely“饭团” in Chinese. The keypoint of Sushi is the Sashimi rather than the rice, so it can be quite formal.
