Tiny art gallery / 小さいな美術館

We had a seminar in a Onsen (hot spring) hotel in Izu last month. Surprisingly, there was a tiny art gallery at B1 floor, and even another Japanese boat show in the corridor!

(The green label is for the gallery.)

In the gallery, most are landscape works of Barbizon school, plus several portrait and still-life. I recognized one Courbet and one Corot, but was not very familiar with Jules Dupré and Théodore Rousseau. Though there were no particularly famous ones, they must worth quite a bit! Japanese were rich...

The boats were beautiful as well. The boys in our group liked them very much!
